                      GCompris is a ultimate educational software. what i had experienced that it is very helpful for kids for changing their state of mind for using technical and digital media. although its possibilities are endless.

                                     About more than 140 games and activities are provided for kids.Games and activities that i had tried are:

 Activities:   

 Discovery activities:Computer: Use of keyboard and mouse  gestures, about natural discovery.

Mathematical games:Learning algebra, shapes and figures and other mathematical calculations

Memory activities: Improving short term and long term memory.

Reading and Vocabulary Activities: Learn how to read words and letters, Proper use of grammar and pronunciation.

Strategic activities: Bar game and chess.

 Other beneficial activities: Learning the clock and learning about left and right etc games.

Benefits for children:

• Having Knowledge about use of keyboard and mouse, they can easily use digital gadgets and devices.
• Increase in curiosity of use of digital products 
• Increase their interest in their studies i.e. learning about maths
• Improves their memory by simple activities

• Addition of shapes and figures, should be there in order to provide them knowledge for geometrical problems
•  Calculations and mathematical problems like different types of numbers,different figures etc. should be solved in a easy and fun way.

Strategic activities:

•    Their should be addition of more strategic games like tic tac toe, sudoku, mazes etc.
• Games like chess,bar games should be made in such a way that they become easy to learn.
• their should be harder levels in such games  

Reading and Vocabulary Activities:

• Addition of sentence formation should increase both their reading and grammar skills.
• Increase no. of pictures and figures to make their interest in them.
• There should addition of interesting stories, rhymes, poems. 

 Other beneficial activities:

• There should be addition of such games that teach them to recycle, reuse, keeping your surrounding clean etc
• Although activities under this section was very good for basic and logical knowledge.

Other improvements:

• Some work has to be done on graphics of games this will increase interest of kids in such activities.

• Adding social activities like respecting others, say thanks and sorry etc will improve their social level.
• Adding activities that help children to save water, save energy, and many other activities will create good and better feelings  
• The main menu page should be made easy to understand in other words navigation should not be complex.

Conclusion:

                                From all my experience and research i can easily conclude that GCompris is a very great and beneficial program that is very helpful for our next generation according to me it is a collection of as such activities that are necessary for moral and psychological development of next generation. I must say it will be very beneficial for children. I prefer it for all parents to have a try for this amazing thing.
